IT Solution Architect – Source to Pay

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to support the development and optimization of our Source to Pay platform. In this role, you will play a key part in designing architectural standards and driving the digital roadmap alongside procurement partners. This is an opportunity to make an impact in a global setting and shape future IT solutions.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the digital roadmap for Source to Pay: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement processes such as Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay, and invoice processing.
  • Design and implement architecture standards: Ensure IT architecture aligns with business requirements and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate analysis and design efforts: Validate requirements, gain stakeholder approval, and apply standards to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders: Work closely with architects, business analysts, and external providers to ensure solutions meet business and IT objectives.
  • Prepare business cases: Evaluate the impact of new solutions in terms of strategy, cost, security, and value, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Address cross-functional challenges: Manage integration and performance issues to ensure comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in IT development and business analysis, focusing on Source to Pay platforms (e.g., S4/HANA, Ariba, Invoicetrack).
  • Ability to present complex technical topics to leadership and decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Practical Information:

  • Location: Flexible, with hybrid or remote options available.
  • Start Date: Immediate or as agreed.
  • Duration: Initial assignment of 6-12 months with potential for extension.
