About the Role

As a Digital Product Owner, you will collaborate with business developers to create best-in-class digital products, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee feature development, manage software releases, and optimize stakeholder interactions while driving digital innovation within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term vision for a cutting-edge digital product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure customer-centric solutions.
• Develop a product vision and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Identify market opportunities for new or improved features and functionalities.
• Create and maintain roadmaps in alignment with the company’s overall portfolio.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver capabilities on time.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user story creation, and feature development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and researchers, to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data and feedback.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certification in digital product management.
• Documented experience working in agile software environments.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design.
• A passion for creating impactful products that solve real-world challenges.
• Previous experience in logistics or sustainability is a bonus.
