Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant for an assignment with one of our clients in the Greater Copenhagen area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing change management activities in close collaboration with the local project team and other stakeholders.

Example Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute change management activities at various sites.
• Implement and adapt local change communication according to central guidelines.
• Support the development and execution of change management plans and training programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and support stakeholder mapping and analysis.
• Plan and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change management activities with project objectives.
• Develop communication materials to effectively convey changes.
• Gather feedback and assess the impact of implemented initiatives.
• Support onboarding processes and clarify new roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and follow up on results.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Experience in planning and executing training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and change communication skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in developing engaging training materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical skills to assess change impacts and measure success.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Practical Information:
