We are looking for a consultant for our client that can help with the following assignment; 

SharePoint Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. Implement SharePoint system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the SharePoint environment/system capabilities. The candidate should be proficient in implementing and managing compliance solutions across Microsoft 365.

Primary Skills (Must have)

• 10+ years of Software Implementation experience with 6+ years in leading and delivering Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. 
• Microsoft SharePoint and associated platform skills such as SPFx, Purview, PnP, Power Apps, Power Automate and Syntex.
• Implement SharePoint Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy SharePoint environments, including identity and access management, Microsoft Purview, retention labels, and sensitivity labels.
• Experienced in client-focused consulting, especially leading initiatives.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Secondary skills (Good to have)

• Change management: Drive change management processes, influence decisions, and engage with stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Support of internal customers, writing usage guides and organizing trainings
• Technical knowledge of Azure Functions and webhooks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills.
