Our client is building a best-in-class Tax Technology and Tax Data Management practice, and is looking for a talented and motivated specialist to lead that team.

Our Team

Our Tax Technology team consists of developers, automation and AI experts, as well as product and project managers. We leverage low-code tools like Microsoft Power Platform, data analytics based on different types of data and using tools like Alteryx, and artificial intelligence from the use of GenAI solutions to embedding ML into our services, all to redefine the future of tax services. As part of the Nordic Tax & Legal Technology team, we collaborate across borders to share knowledge, drive innovation, and deliver solutions for users throughout the Nordic region.

We are looking for someone to lead this dynamic team, working side-by-side with experienced professionals to drive the success of technology products and automation projects for our Tax & Legal business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Swedish Tax Technology team, including managing workload, performance management and mentoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization, including actively participating in the Nordic Tax Technology collaboration group
• Lead and support the team in connection with the rollout, implementation of new technology, such as GEN AI, in the Tax & Legal function to ensure adoption in the organization
• Lead the team in automation projects
• Responsible for onboarding new technology solutions from the client's network
• Keeping the organization up to date on the technology agenda and ensuring a close dialogue with all service lines to help drive the adoption of technology
• Responsible for managing the local pipeline and driving Nordic initiatives in the Swedish organization

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least multiple years of experience in technology consulting or a similar role with a clear track record

• Previous experience from leading a team, ideally within a technology, consulting, or tax environment, building a strong team culture and making 2+2 become 6

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong preference for Swedish proficiency due to Swedish documentation requirements
• Strong performance in delivering complex projects and working with adoption and change management, preferably in the cross-field between business and technology
