Reason for assignment

There is an increasing demand for the Client's products globally, generating a higher workload in the area of master data management. Additionally, integration with PMI and the implementation of new systems will require more work from the master data team. To cope with existing expansion plans and integration work, there is a need to strengthen the team with one (1) temporary personnel in Gothenburg. Extra resource in the area of master data coordination and administration is needed to cope with existing expansion and integration plan.

Main areas of responsibility
Master data coordination and administration – support projects for new launches and changes of existing products by completing product data in ERP and MDM systems, and ensuring correct data for product labeling and specifications used in manufacturing.
Deliverables and delivery date Correct and complete product data in all systems and specification documents for all products covered in projects in which the Product Masterdata Administrator is involved. Delivery dates according to each project’s timeline.

Required
• Experienced user of ERP system(s) and a general comprehensive understanding of IT systems

• High competence in the MS Office applications, MS Excel in particular

• Good ability to take a holistic view, but with good sense of details and an extensive drive to ensure complete and correct set-up of product data

• High ability to maintain a good structure and accuracy in documentation

• High ability to keep several things running at the same time

• Ability to prioritize in order to focus on the most critical tasks at the right time

• Ability to understand and assess what information needs to be shared with others

• Independent problem solver with good cooperation skills

• Fast learner

• Communicative, good ability to formulate and present messages in speech and writing.

• Has the ability to make oneself understood easily.

Education in for example Information Systems Science or a combination of technology, logistics and economics with a focus on IT, or equivalent acquired knowledge. Previous work in ERP-systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (Finance and Operations), is required.

Desired
Professional and work-focused but able to easily interact with others and with ability to work with different types of people. Ability to act as a member of the masterdata team even though it is a temporary assignment.
