Responsibilities
- Lead the global Chemical Control process, ensuring alignment with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Plan and coordinate analytical projects to acquire data; compile and report results to internal stakeholders.
- Compile, evaluate, and present chemical data for regulatory submissions, annual reports, and scientific affairs.
- Contribute hands-on to laboratory work (analytical method development and validation).
- Partner cross-functionally (Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Quality, R&D) to resolve issues and support decision-making.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements (Must-have)
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field; MSc with research experience considered.
- Demonstrated experience in Chemistry Control within pharma, chemical, or food manufacturing.
- Proven laboratory experience in analytical method development and validation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and global regulatory expectations for CMC/chemical analysis.
- Project management skills in a scientific or regulatory context.
- Proficiency in data handling and statistics.
- Near-native fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice-to-have
