Solution Architect / Tech Lead (Optimizely/Episerver)
Join a long-running public-sector web program to deliver accessible, secure, and highly available digital services. You’ll combine three hats—hands-on full-stack developer, tech lead, and solution architect—to guide target architecture, lead DevSecOps, and ship features in Optimizely/Episerver.
Responsibilities
Lead solution design and set patterns/standards; document architecture (e.g., Sparx EA).
Contribute daily as a full-stack developer in Optimizely/Episerver: C#/.NET, TypeScript, React.
Ensure reliability and high uptime on Windows Server & IIS; own production troubleshooting.
Champion accessibility and deliver solutions compliant with WCAG for public websites.
Establish and optimize agile ways of working; drive continuous improvement.
Lead DevSecOps: threat modeling (STRIDE), secure coding, PCI-DSS readiness; configure GitHub Advanced Security.
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines with Vite, GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy; monitor with Loki/Grafana.
Evaluate and implement AI/ML features (e.g., classification, recommendations, data interpretation).
Write clear technical documentation in Swedish and English.
Requirements (Must-have)
15+ years as C#/.NET developer; 10+ years as Episerver/Optimizely CMS developer (recent, hands-on).
10+ years as Tech Lead and 10+ years as Solution Architect across multiple teams/engagements.
Proven delivery in public sector and public websites with WCAG compliance.
Strong Swedish and English communication skills.
Experience from at least five assignments as solution architect or tech lead.
5+ years working with established agile methods.
Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent).
Deep experience with: Episerver (Optimizely CMS) & Episerver Find; xUnit; WCF; React, Bootstrap, TypeScript, Sass, Vitest; MSSQL Server & Entity Framework; OAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect; Windows Server & IIS.
Nice to have
Visual Studio; Loki & Grafana; Jira & Confluence; Teams integrations.
Domain experience in public transport or similar citizen-facing services.
Familiarity with OWASP Threat Dragon.

Duration: until 30 Sep 2027, with option to extend up to 24 months
Workload: 100% (40 h/week)
Location: Gothenburg, hybrid with set office days; standard business hours, weekdays
Rate cap: up to 940 SEK/hour
