About the Role

A large telecom transformation program is seeking a Senior Mobile Core / OSS Enterprise Architect to drive target architectures and guide cross-domain alignment across a new IT stack. This is a senior, hands-on enterprise architecture position with significant influence on mobile, fiber, OSS, and BSS integration strategies.

You’ll act as the program’s domain authority for Mobile Core and OSS, shaping architectural direction, governing solution design, and ensuring alignment with industry frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the program’s lead domain expert for Mobile Core and OSS

• Participate as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board

• Define and maintain target architectures across mobile, fiber, and OSS domains

• Provide architectural governance for OSS/BSS integration and solution design

• Lead architecture work for activation, provisioning, and inventory systems

• Ensure alignment with TM Forum frameworks and Open APIs

• Support RFP/RFI processes and vendor evaluations

• Collaborate with strategic partners and technology providers

• Present architectural scenarios, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership

Required Skills & Expertise

• Deep OSS experience (activation, provisioning, assurance, inventory)

• Mobile Core: 5G Core, EPC, IMS

• Understanding of RAN, fixed networks, and IP/MPLS

• Strong grounding in TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM, ODA)

• OSS/BSS integration experience

• Knowledge of TMF Open APIs and orchestration patterns

• Demonstrated technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cerillion

• Danish telecom industry familiarity

• Hands-on exposure to 5G SA, slicing, edge solutions, SBA

• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks

Experience Level

• 15+ years of OSS/Mobile Core architecture experience in telecom environments

Education & Eligibility

• MSc/BSc in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent

• Eligible for Danish security clearance

• Danish language preferred; English required
