We are seeking a Project Leader for an assignment in Stockholm.

Objective of the Assignment

Ensure accurate global and local packaging specifications and successful deployment through technical feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, and Good-To-Print development.
Drive compliance with established standards, resolve technical challenges, and support continuous process improvements to ensure service excellence.
Guide stakeholders and team members in the implementation of new packaging solutions aligned with market and regulatory requirements.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Manage packaging deployment activities by assessing technical feasibility, ensuring alignment of specifications, and resolving issues during implementation. The role includes preparing briefs and coordinating Good-To-Print execution, maintaining compliance with labeling and regulatory requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and market-ready packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assess technical feasibility and requirements

2. Ensure specification alignment and resolve deployment-related issues

3. Prepare briefs and work orders

4. Ensure labeling compliance and regulatory alignment

Desirable Skills

Solid understanding of regulatory environments. Experience in prepress or graphic production processes, with professional expertise and exposure to printing and packaging development.

Education

University degree with a major in one of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Packaging Design, or equivalent.

Language Skills

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Competencies and Experience

3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Project Leader, preferably with a background in Operations and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
