Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Cloud Consultant to strengthen our cloud delivery capabilities from Q2 2026 through Q4 2026. The consultant will support our client’s cloud platform and service delivery to implement and operate scalable and secure cloud solutions. While our primary platform is Azure, the role requires broad cloud expertise and best-practice knowledge across major cloud providers. The consultant will be part of our client's platform team that is responsible for “Digital workplace, collaboration, and integrations”. The team delivers client management, collaboration applications, identity access management, and application integrations. If possible, all these should be self-serviced, as that is a core principle in the team.

As part of the team, it is expected to get familiar with all of the services it provides and provide support in Slack for the users. Work in the team is planned in Jira with 2–3 month sprints.

Responsibilities

Cloud Engineering & Architecture:
Design, implement, and evolve scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions and architectures.

Platform & Infrastructure as Code:
Develop and maintain cloud platforms, landing zones, and core services using Infrastructure as Code

Cloud Operations:
Support day-to-day cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and reliability improvements

Security & Compliance:
Implement cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance controls

Collaboration & Advisory:
Work closely with platform teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business and technical needs, and provide technical guidance and recommendations

Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, platform, or architecture roles.

Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and cloud networking and security.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, as English is the company language.

Consulting Skills:
Ability to work independently, influence technical direction, and engage with stakeholders in complex environments.

Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to our work environment. Provide input in team meetings were plans and future architecture is discussed and decided.
