Communication Specialist – Study Management
We are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist to support a large business and IT initiative within Study Management.
The role combines communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, and business readiness. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that complex changes are communicated clearly and effectively across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies for business and IT initiatives.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across different organisational levels.
Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities.
Develop awareness campaigns, communication materials, training content, and learning materials.
Translate complex technical and business changes into clear and targeted communication for different stakeholder groups.
Plan, execute, and analyse qualitative and quantitative stakeholder surveys.
Use stakeholder feedback and data to identify communication needs and recommend improvements.
Facilitate communication activities and stakeholder discussions.
Work independently with communication and adoption activities from planning through execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in an agile product organisation.
Requirements
Strong experience within communication and stakeholder engagement in complex business and IT environments.
Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and business readiness.
Experience developing communication strategies, awareness campaigns, training, and learning materials.
Knowledge of Study Management processes.
Experience planning, executing, and analysing qualitative and quantitative stakeholder surveys.
Ability to translate complex technical and business information into clear communication for different audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to turn stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements.
Ability to independently drive activities from planning through delivery.
The consultant must be based in Denmark.
Nice to Have
Experience with Veeva Clinical applications.
Experience within Clinical Development.
Experience supporting global platform implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience measuring communication effectiveness and user adoption through data and stakeholder insights.
Understanding of regulated environments and GxP-compliant system implementations.
Experience with management communication and executive stakeholder engagement.
Personal Qualities

Location: Søborg / Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark
Workload: 37 hours per week
Start date: 17 August 2026
Duration: Until 16 February 2027
Travel: No
Work arrangement: The consultant must be based in Denmark to enable close collaboration with the project and business stakeholders.
