Do you enjoy hunting down technical issues and keeping software moving?

We are looking for a Flow Guardian.

As a Flow Guardian, your main responsibility is to keep post-merge pipelines running smoothly so our clients' software can be integrated frequently into complete vehicle software.

If you enjoy technical detective work, this role puts you close to where things break. You will investigate failing pipelines, trace issues across logs, code, tests, tools, and infrastructure, and help make sure problems are understood and resolved quickly.

Your daily work will be about protecting the clients' post-merge flow by:

- hunting down bad commits and helping drive them to resolution

- investigating intermittent failures and bringing attention to patterns that slow the flow

- connecting the right teams when issues come from merged code, CI-supporting services, or test environments

This role is important because stable post-merge flow helps engineers maintain development speed, reduces integration debt, and supports faster customer deliveries.

Relevant experience includes:

- Hands-on embedded software development experience

- Software engineering experience on an industrial scale: design, implementation, test, delivery and quality management

- Experience with DevOps ways of working and large-scale CI/CD, where hundreds of patches are continuously tested and delivered each day
