Technical Business Analyst – AI & Digital Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a consulting assignment in the Greater Copenhagen Area. The role focuses on developing and maturing digital products within manufacturing, maintenance and production, with a strong initial focus on an AI-based solution for identifying anomalies in production environments.
This is a cross-functional role combining technical business analysis, product development, data analysis and user experience. You will work closely with users from the production environment as well as data scientists, developers, architects and infrastructure specialists.
Responsibilities
Your main focus will be an AI and computer vision initiative using CCTV footage to support deviation investigations and root-cause analysis.
You will:
Define relevant use cases and user journeys.
Understand and map current workflows for deviation investigations.
Identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Define how users should interact with anomalies, alerts, images, video footage and investigation results.
Translate business and user needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
Support technical discussions around cameras, video management systems, AI/ML models, data flows and infrastructure.
Help evaluate edge, on-premises and cloud-based processing options.
Define data requirements, structures, flows and ownership.
Assess data quality and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support collection, preparation, labelling and validation of data used for AI models.
Establish metrics for product performance, data quality, model performance and user adoption.
Define requirements regarding security, privacy, auditability, role-based access and scalability.
Support compliance considerations, including GxP and the EU AI Act.
Help define the product vision, MVP scope, priorities and roadmap.
Support the development of the solution from a technical demonstrator into a scalable and usable product.
As a secondary focus, you will also support another digital product aimed at knowledge sharing and collaboration for technicians and skilled workers. This includes improving user journeys, understanding technical user needs and translating operational challenges into product requirements.
