Verification and Vehicle Test Engineer – AD/ADAS

We are looking for a Verification and Vehicle Test Engineer for our client in Gothenburg.

In this assignment, you will work hands-on with vehicle testing and verification of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), with a focus on Cruise Control functionality. You will help ensure that software features work reliably in real-world driving conditions and support the team in identifying and resolving technical issues.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and perform real-vehicle testing of AD/ADAS features, including public road testing.

  • Verify feature availability, activation, and behavior against requirements.

  • Analyze vehicle logs, investigate issues, and document test results.

  • Develop test methods and KPIs to evaluate system performance.

  • Coordinate software configurations, integration testing, and issue resolution across development teams.

  • Support the introduction and verification of new functionality in vehicles.

What We Are Looking For

We believe you have experience in automotive testing and enjoy combining hands-on vehicle work with technical analysis and problem-solving.

  • Experience with vehicle testing, preferably within ADAS or similar automotive systems.

  • Technical background in automotive systems, electronics, or software integration.

  • Experience working with requirements and developing test methods.

  • Experience with diagnostics, log analysis, and fault reporting.

  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and KPI development.

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have

  • T2 driving qualification.

  • Previous experience testing Cruise Control or other ADAS features in real vehicles.

  • Start: ASAP
