Deep Learning/Reinforcement Learning Consultant

We are looking for two Deep Learning/Reinforcement Learning consultants for our client to join their Simulation and AI team. The assignment focuses on developing advanced simulation tools and reinforcement learning environments to enable interactive traffic scenarios and explore state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop agent-based simulation tools covering 2D interactive traffic scenarios

  • Set up development environments for reinforcement learning and object simulation

  • Conduct exploratory work to identify and implement state-of-the-art solutions

  • Collaborate closely with the client’s simulation and AI engineers to expand team capacity

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Deep Learning/Reinforcement Learning

  • Strong background in simulation tools

  • Proficiency in Python and C++

  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Git/Gerrit

  • Familiarity with ML training pipelines

  • Knowledge of numerical linear algebra

  • Experience with C++ related tools (CMake/Bazel)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Workload: 100%

  • Duration: Until end of September 2027
