The Role as a Database Developer

In the role of a database developer at EPICO Tech, you will work with solutions that make a real difference for companies and organizations. You will:

  • Develop modern systems using Oracle APEX and other technologies based on the Oracle platform.

  • Work in environments where cloud solutions such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms play a central role.

  • Contribute to solving complex performance issues and deliver strategic improvements to customers' database solutions.

  • Participate in internal and external technical workshops and contribute to knowledge sharing both within the team and with customers.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are desired:

  • At least 5 years of experience in database development (SQL, PL/SQL) within Oracle.

  • Experience working with Oracle APEX, or a willingness to quickly learn it.

  • Good understanding of cloud solutions, preferably within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.

  • Experience with CSS.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English.

  • To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, solution-oriented, and good at building trust with both customers and colleagues.

Practical Information

Start: According to agreement

Location: All of Sweden – we welcome applications regardless of residence.

Opportunity for remote work exists, but travel may occur.

Employment type: Permanent employment or consulting assignment through your own company
