Assignment Description:

We are looking for a solution-oriented E-commerce Merchandiser Planner for an exciting assignment with a growing fashion company. The role is to cover a parental leave and involves joining a dedicated online sales team. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of digital channels in a creative and forward-thinking environment.

As an E-commerce Merchandiser Planner, you will optimize campaigns and activities to ensure maximum visibility and conversion across digital channels. Tasks include analysis, SEO, UX, and improving landing and start pages. You'll also focus on presenting the product range in a commercially appealing way to engage customers and support business objectives.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maintain the company’s visibility and rankings in search engines via on-page and off-page SEO for all markets.
  • Create campaigns and catalogs in CMS with an SEO-driven approach for platforms such as Shopify, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Perform competitor analysis and follow up on market-specific performance.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis using BI tools and Google Analytics.
  • Support e-commerce development through ongoing projects and optimization initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms like Shopify, Optimizely, or WordPress.
  • Experience with SEO, especially on-page SEO.
  • Familiarity with personalization tools such as Nosto or Voyado Elevate.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like Mailchimp, Dotdigital, or Voyado Engage.
  • Flexible and collaborative working style.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Practical Information:

  • Start Date: Preferably February 24, 2025.
  • End Date: September 2025.
  • Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
  • Location: Mölndal, with 50% hybrid work possibility.
